This recipe produces a luscious IPA that is packed with berry, tropical fruit, and some citrus flavours. Malt is present, too, with some caramel notes coming through. Of course it’s red, and melds together malt and hops to produce an extremely flavourful IPA without being overly sweet or heavy. Drink fresh.
