This recipe is based around an uber-pale Gladfield grist which incorporates maize and wheat malt for a clean, minimally malty finish. Strapped to this simple malt base is a confection of tropical fruit forward hop varieties which boast big lime, mango, and pineapple characters. Fermentation with the new Lalbrew NovaLager strain is highly recommended - this newly released strain from Lallemand has a wide fermentation temperature range and has been bred to produce no sulphur and little diacetyl during fermentation, for easier lager brewing.
You will need to have the necessary equipment for all-grain brewing.
