Blanc de Houblon IPA courtesy of North End Brewery. This recipe has previously featured as a Serial Brewer pack.
From the brewery: Blanc de Houblon is one of our oldest seasonal brews. Brewed in the summer, it sits in the Belgian IPA or White IPA style combining elements of both New World IPA and Belgian Wit beer. Originally it was based on our flagship beer Super Alpha with the grist and hopping being souped up versions of our Pacific Pale Ale fermented with a Belgian yeast. Over the last 8 years, it has changed a little but it still delivers the refreshment of a Wit with the hoppy punch of an IPA. BDH is often available from our webstore and from good specialty retailers around the country.
This recipe includes the malts and hops to brew this beer, and yeast if selected. You will need to have the necessary equipment for all-grain brewing.
