New England IPA (NEIPA) - High Gravity Wort Recipe pack.
Appearance: pale and hazy
Aroma: juicy, tropical and citrus
Mouthfeel: good malt, full and smooth
Just add to a sanitised fermenter, top up with water and stir. Pitch in the yeast and fermentation begins. From there, the process is the same as your usual brewing method; control your fermentation temperature until your fermentation is complete, dry hop, cool and then bottle or keg. - High Gravity Bitter Wort 1.3kg x 1
- High Gravity Wheat Wort 1.3kg x 3
- American East Coast Ale Yeast (New England) sachet
Suggested Dry Hops: 60g Citra and 60g Mosaic (not included). Add 50% of hops 48 hours prior to the end of fermentation.
