This Classic down-under Pale Ale can be brewed simply with 1kg of sugar, or adjusted to your preferred strength and flavour. Adjust the fermentables in the table for body and ABV. Or add dry hops to your taste. Can be brewed Low or Mid, from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV.

Only the finest grains are selected and malted. Malts are blended to suit the beer style, then mashed with hop extracts to create hopped wort. The fresh wort is gently reduced to 80 Brix before being canned fresh on-site to retain its original delicious malt flavours.

Dry hop additions suggestions
For that classic flavour, dry hop with 30-100g of New World hops like Galaxy, Pride of Ringwood, Eclipse, or NZ's Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka.

S-33, US-05, Bry-97, WLP001 California Ale, 1056 American Ale or other clean, highly attenuating American ale yeast.
