A ready-to-pitch dry American ale yeast. Safale US-05 produces well balanced beers with low diacetyl and a very clean, crisp end palate. It is ideal for the following beer types, but not limited to: mild ale, American pale ale, brown ale, Scottish ale light, porter, classic stout.
