Introducing the Juicy Double, which sits in between those good old IPAs from the start of the craft revolution, to the juicier offerings of today. It has a classic Chinook piney bitterness on the front end following onto juicy Mosaic and Galaxy which linger. With a light base, Juicy Double lets the hops shine but has a satisfying mouthfeel. This recipe took out 1st place in our Double IPA comp. and comes from one of our staff/brewers here at Brewshop, Lance Kingi. It has since been brewed and enjoyed a number of times.
This recipe includes the malts and hops to brew this beer, and yeast if selected. You will need to have the necessary equipment for all-grain brewing.
