Mexican Cervesa is a very light, clean, fresh Mexican Lager style beer. An ideal thirst-quencher on a hot day, and often enjoyed with a slice of lime. Can be brewed Low or Mid, from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV.

Only the finest grains are selected and malted. Malts are blended to suit the beer style, then mashed with hop extracts to create hopped wort. The fresh wort is gently reduced to 80 Brix before being canned fresh on-site to retain its original delicious malt flavours.

Dry hop additions suggestions
For more flavour, dry hop with just 10-30g or more of noble hops like Tettnang, Hallertau, or Saaz, or more local versions like Motueka or Wakatu.
Alternate yeast options
You can use a hybrid lager yeast like Californian, or lager yeast like 34/70, S23 or Novalager for fermentation below 22C, or a neutral ale yeast like US-05, Bry-97 for 20C plus.
