Peacharine™ is a new advanced selection from the Freestyle Hops breeding programme. It has a rich peach/nectarine character with an appealing citrus backbone. In the background are hints of sweet fruit, lime zest and indistinct floral notes.
Peacharine™ can easily captivate in a single hop beer, but also pairs well with a wide range of both thiol and terpene heavy varietals, like later harvested NZ Cascade.
