Chill out and brew this relatively stress free recipe. Although simple, the flavours still have impact, with the punchy American hops giving it tropical fruit and citrus notes. Easy to brew, it still produces an outstanding hazy pale ale that you can brag about to your mates around the BBQ. This beer has a 45min mash, 30min boil. The aim is to have a beer which doesn’t take a day to brew and tastes great.
