100% Cider Apple concentrate from Central Otago Cider Apples.
This refreshing crisp apple cider is pure, fresh and smashable - a bit like Central Otago where these special cider apples are grown. Just add 1kg of dextrose, and 5-10g sachet of quality cider yeast (not included). Ferment for 6-14 days depending on temperature and yeast.
For a medium cider, add 200g of lactose. for a sweet cider, add 450g of lactose. For more recipe options, see label.
