Sawmill Pale Ale - All-Grain Recipe

Sawmill Pale Ale - All-Grain Recipe

This recipe attempts to clone the Sawmill Brewery Pale Ale. It produces a balanced beer with lots of citrus hop character, plus a slight floral and earthy influence from the Wai-iti hops. It is golden in colour, and finishes smooth with a moderate bitterness.

This recipe includes the malts, hops and yeast to brew this beer. You will need to have the necessary equipment for all-grain brewing.
