A dark, well-bodied porter with a distinctive smokey flavour. The smoke is prominent, but far from overwhelming. The smooth taste moves into a dark malty finish, and pours with a thick tan head. A beer you’ve brewed that you can talk about around the BBQ or winter fire.

This recipe includes the malts, hops and yeast to brew this beer. You will need to have the necessary equipment for all-grain brewing.
