Caramunich type 1 is produced with German grown two-row spring barley golden-brown, slightly aromatic kernels. It contributes amber to reddish-coppery colour to finished beer. Adds mouth feel as well as a medium malt accent to your brew. Use up to 5% of your total grain bill for pale beers, up to 20% for darker beers. Ideal for lager, oktoberfestbier, bock, dunkel, ale, red, brown, and amber beers.
