Huell Melon is a relatively new aroma hop that provides the distinct flavours of honeydew melon, along with some strawberry and general fruity notes. It tends to be a relatively mellow hop rather than overpowering, and works well in Pale Ales and IPAs, as well as Hefeweizen and Belgian beer styles.
