Hallertau Blanc is a next-generation hop from Germany, primarily bred for American-style ales, and is a daughter of Cascade. It has a clean, punchy, fruity flavour profile that includes gooseberry, grapefruit, lemon grass, and white wine. It is well suited to IPAs, Pale Ales, Belgians, Wheat beers and Brett fermentations.
