Copper Tun premium dry wheat malt extract (unhopped) has been spray-dried into a fine soluble powder. It is produced by atomizing malt into tiny droplets and then rapid drying. This preserves all the flavour and does not darken the malt.

Wheat Dry Malt Extract may be used to replace sugar or dextrose to increase the mouthfeel of the beer and vastly improve it's head, or as an ingredient in an extract wheat beer recipe.

Please note this comes in a 500gm pack unlike our other dry malt extracts.
