Produced with German-grown two-row spring barley, Dark Munich malt (type II) imparts strong malty notes to finished beer. Intended mainly for dark ales and lagers giving a more enhanced dark beer body and aroma.

Primarily used for light & dark lagers, Oktoberfestbier, Märzen, Bockbier, Dunkel Ales, Schwarz, & Stout. Use up to 100% of your grain bill.

Available uncrushed or crushed in-house on request.
