Produced with German grown two-row spring barley it gives golden-brown, slightly aromatic kernels. Carahell provides the finished beer with full, rounded aroma, depth of colour, and a firm creamy head. Up to 15% of total grain bill for lower-gravity beers, up to 30% for higher-gravity beers. Carahell is especially good for hefe-weizen, pale and golden ales.
