California Common - All-Grain Recipe
The Califorinia Common is a light copper coloured beer with toasty, caramel flavours and a medium body. The unique flavour largely comes from the specific lager yeast that is brewed at the lower end of ale temperatures. This style originates from the San Fransisco Bay area on the American West Coast.
This recipe includes the malts, hops and yeast to brew this beer. You will need to have the necessary equipment for all-grain brewing.
